Kosmii M. The phenomenon of intangible in the methodology of architectural and spatial organization of urban systems (on the example of the Carpathian region of Ukraine)

The content, structure and systematization of intangible factors influencing the urban space are revealed in the work. The object of research is the interaction of the intangible, in the diversity of its manifestations, with the architectural and spatial organization of urban systems. The aim of the work is to develop theoretical and methodological bases for taking into account the phenomenon of intangible spatial planning and development of urban systems, substantiation on this basis of urban and territorial development strategies, updating urban planning documentation and management decisions. Logical-analytical, expert, historical-genetic and descriptive, statistical methods, as well as the method of linguistic variables are used as a methodological basis. A systematic analysis and classification of intangibles in their impact on the architectural and spatial organization of cities. The regularities of the influence of the intangible on the process of spatial organization of urban systems are established. Theoretical preconditions and instrumental understanding of the essence of the intangible in the process of regulation and development of cities are substantiated. The consequences and ways of intangible impact on urban space are assessed. Recommendations for taking into account the intangible in the formulation of urban planning decisions and regulation of urban planning activities are formulated. Methodological approaches to studying and assessing the state of urban systems have been improved. The principles and methods of determining the intangible, its relationship with the architectural and spatial organization of cities are identified. Models of interrelations of intangible with material in their influence on spatial development of urban systems are offered and tested. The main methodological approaches to the understanding and practical application of intangible in architectural and urban planning activities are proposed. The model is formed and the index of efficiency of influence of intangible on spatial structure of cities is defined. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the theoretical and methodological basis of taking into account the phenomenon of intangible in spatial organization and development of urban systems is developed, which will improve the process of formulation of town-planning decisions and normative-legal base of town-planning activity regulation.
