Lukin S. Mechanisms of formation of public space in the processes of state formation in Ukraine.

Object of research: a public space in Ukraine. Purpose: theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of formation of public space in the processes of state formation in Ukraine. Methods: historical; induction, deduction, comparison and systematization; logical-semantic method and method of ascent from abstract to concrete; structural-logical and system-functional analysis; problem and causal methods; correlation methods; recommendation and program-target methods; analog-tabular and graphical forms of analysis and modeling. Results: the scientific problem in the field of public administration and public administration is solved, which consists in substantiation of conceptual bases of mechanisms of formation of public space in processes of state formation by working out of theoretical and methodological bases of its functioning and development of scientific and applied recommendations for public administration bodies. Novelty: the paradigm of public space in the processes of state formation is scientifically substantiated; the definition of effective public spaces is formed; the model of functioning of public space is revealed; the methodological complex of research of public spaces is formed; developed a set of basic parameters to determine the specifics of public spaces; improved: approaches to generalization of experience of formation and realization of functions of public space in foreign countries; principles of building the model "public space - state"; substantiation of expediency of introduction of the cognitive approach to formation of effective public spaces in processes of state formation and certain features of knowledge and perception of the analysis of such systems, as are defined: a certain administrative territory; state and local authorities; population structure; infrastructure; medical institutions; gender and demographic features; education and science; ecology; economics and innovation; law enforcement and public safety; recreation areas; living standards; the presence of a developed civil society; availability of goods and services; received further development: the most appropriate models for building an effective public space from the standpoint of development of various urbanized regions of Ukraine; approaches to the development of e-government in public space in different territories, taking into account the experience of European countries; recommendations for the creation of mechanisms for the formation of a system of effective public spaces in Ukraine, taking into account the favorable economic and regulatory environment.
