Essay

The work is devoted to solving the problem of choosing effective organizational and technological solutions for civil construction in the coastal zone throughout the main stages of building projects` life cycle. The organizational and technological system “civil engineering in the coastal zone” was theoretically and experimentally investigated. Models of the system in dynamic and static states throughout the entire life cycle were developed and analyzed. There were chosen the most effective solution for the following civil buildings in the coastal zone. The "thin elementary wall" near the upper part of the slope and bored piles with a retaining wall near the lower part of the slope were selected for strengthening the coastal zone of the sea near the Arcadia district of Odessa. For the concrete structures of the shopping mall, the following was chosen: the formwork system of columns "GEOPANEL"; the formwork system with U-Boot Beton inserts for plates. There were selected for the construction of a residential complex on the sea coast: mounted waterproofing of the underground part of the structure; external enclosing structures by aerated concrete blocks; furnishing of rooms with the increased humidity by tiles; roofing covering with use of thermoplastic polyolefins membrane. Regularities of changes in the main indicators of the construction or reconstruction of the most common civil buildings in the coastal zone with changes in the levels of the factors under study were obtained. Modeling of construction processes at the change of organizational and technological factors and the received experimental and statistical dependences allowed optimizing the investigated indicators in the conditions of operating restrictions. Thus, the methodological foundations for optimizing the organizational and technological solutions of the “civil engineering in the coastal zone” system were created. The main scientific result was to develop and substantiate a methodology for selecting effective technological, organizational and financial solutions for the civil construction in the coastal zone throughout the main stages of construction project lifecycle, under acting constrains. The practical significance of the main obtained results is the following: development of recommendations on the choice of effective organizational and technological solutions for civil construction in the coastal zone; selection and introduction into production of the most effective organizational and technological models of civil construction, taking into account acting restrictions and risks etc.
