Essay

The dissertation is an independent completed scientific work, which comprehensively explores the administrative and legal principles of using digital technologies in law. The study provides an author's definition of digital technologies in law as a legally regulated unified system of means and methods of collecting, recording, processing, storage and dissemination of legal information, as well as the creation of documents in electronic form using computer and other electronic computer software , information and communication networks and other digital means, organized at all levels and in all major areas of public administration, other types of legal activities, which allows to increase the efficiency of relevant activities. It is argued that the constituent elements of the information society are e-government, e-government, e-democracy, e-court, etc. Improved definitions of these elements of the information society are proposed. The concepts and features of e-government, e-litigation, e-administrative service, e-state register, information-search analytical system are revealed, as well as the administrative-legal bases of their organization and functioning in Ukraine are determined. The analysis of foreign experience in the field of regulation of digital technologies in law is carried out. Proposals for improving national legislation in the field of digital technologies in law have been developed.
