Object of the research: associated bacteriosis, pharmaco-toxicological evaluation of biocides ("DezSan", "Zoodizin", "Dezorganik-Vet", "ADG") and their experimental-theoretical substantiation for rotation schemes in animal husbandry.
The aim of the work: creation and pharmaco-toxicological evaluation of new biocides, substantiation of rational rotational schemes for the production of safe livestock products.
Research methods: epizootological (monitoring of the epizootic situation), pharmacological (pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics), toxicological (acute and chronic toxicity, cumulation), clinical (anamnesis, clinical examination), hematological (morphological, biochemical indicators of blood), microbiological (microscopic, biological, (processing of research results).
Scientific novelty: The scientific novelty of the research results is that at modern conditions of animal husbandry on the basis of analysis of the epizootic situation in pig and poultry farms in Ukraine and monitoring of the domestic market of disinfectants for livestock and poultry a complex of biocides was developed for the first time.
This complex includes : "DesSan", "Zoodizin", "Dezorganik-Vet" and "ADG". The recipe for the biocide "DesSan" was created for the first time and scientifically was substantiated. Its properties were determined. The research results are included in the declaratory patent of Ukraine №136430 "Disinfectant" DezSan " and Technical Condition of Ukraine 20.2-14332579-101: 2020. Pharmaco-toxicological evaluation of biocides "Zoodizin", "Dezorganik-Vet" and "ADG" was performed for the first time; their physicochemical, corrosive, antimicrobial, virucidal, disinvasive properties were studied. Production confirmations of efficiency of the offered cultivation of working solutions of means on various technological sites were carried out and schemes of their rotation were proved. The safety of using the proposed biocides in the presence of animals was substantiated for the first time. Studies of the epizootic condition in poultry and pig farms were conducted. New data on the epizootological condition in farms of the different technological direction, located in seven regions of Ukraine (Volyn, Kyiv, Odessa, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv and Chernihiv) were obtained. The effect of biocides on animal meat quality has been studied for the first time. The methods of control over the microflora of livestock premises were substantiated. The epizootological features of the microbial landscape of technological sites were determined and rational schemes of their disinfection were developed. The prospects of the application of the investigated means in livestock technologies to reduce the import dependence of the industry were economically substantiated.
It was proposed: Based on the conducted research guidelines (leaflets-tabs) for biocides using and technical documentation for registration dossiers were developed. Due to this, official registration was carried out and serial production in Brovapharma - biocide "DezSan", in the Private company "Termit" - "Zoodizin"; in Dezsistema LLC - Dezorganik-Vet; in PE "KronosAgro" – ADG was started. Due to the development of these disinfectants, it has become possible to form rotational schemes of biocides for livestock and poultry on the basis of domestic products. DezSan has export potential and is already being exported to the countries of the Customs Union. According to the results of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Examination (№12-2-18-51 dated 04.09.2020), DezSan meets the requirements of the current sanitary legislation of Ukraine and can be applied in all declared areas
It was introduced: The scheme of biocides rotations introduced in a number of livestock and poultry farms of Sumy, Kharkiv and Poltava regions was developed.
The materials of the dissertation were included in the curriculum, work program and course of lectures for such disciplines as "Pharmacology", "Zoohygiene", "Epizootology and infectious diseases of animals" at Sumy National Agrarian University. The research results were introduced in the “Pharmacology" chapter at creation of educational and methodological complexes and are used in distance learning of students based on the platform "Moodle".
