The scientific novelty of the thesis results is the development of methodological bases and information technology of profile-oriented evaluation of software quality of human-computer systems, which would be provide profiling and software quality evaluation taking into account the variety of quality models, the need for interactive evaluation of human software interface for human-computer interaction and taking into account the features of the using of scenario-oriented approach based on specified changes. Based on the developed concept, principles, models and methods, as well as appropriate tools, applied information technology of profile-oriented evaluation was developed and implemented, also recommendations for improving the software quality of human-computer systems were formulated. The practical value of the obtained results is determinated by the fact that the developed methodological bases, models and methods are a scientific and methodological basis for the development of information technology profile-oriented evaluation of the software quality of human-computer systems.
