Vasylevych V. Theoretical and applied principles of criminological policy in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to a complex research of theoretical and practical problems of formation and realization of criminological policy in Ukraine, which is based on: the developed recommendations on creation on the basis of the general theory of criminology of the doctrinal model of crime combating; formation of a number of political and legal, socio-economic decisions aimed at identifying and eliminating the causes and conditions of crimes; ensuring integration ties for interaction with criminal law, criminal procedural and executive policy; improvement of legal institutions, separate legal norms and practice of their application by competent bodies; introduction into criminological theory and practice of scientific achievements, advanced domestic and foreign experience; support at the state level for the effective operation of research institutions and educational institutions for the training of specialists in the field of criminological practice.
