The dissertation presents theoretical generalizations and a new solution to an urgent scientific problem related to clarifying the mechanisms of blood circulation in healthy individuals and in various types of circulatory insufficiency based on the study of blood flow energy. This study is based on the analysis of the process of blood movement along the vascular bed, which allowed us to Supplement the theoretical data on the mechanisms of blood circulation and introduce new concepts and indicators, which were later used in clinical practice. For the first time, on the basis of theoretical developments, hydrodynamic and electrodynamic modeling of blood circulation, violations of the circulatory energy are systematized and a number of energy indicators are introduced. The effectiveness of the proposed methods of diagnosis, treatment and prognosis was evaluated in a cohort prospective randomized simple open study in 205 patients with various types of circulatory insufficiency. Based on the data obtained on changes in the energy of blood flow in different types of circulatory insufficiency, appropriate algorithms for intensive monitoring and intensive therapy in patients of this category were developed. Their use contributed to a 2.9-fold reduction in the overall percentage of hemodynamic complications and a 1.8-fold reduction in the length of ICU stay.
