Stroenko K. Intensive therapy of cognitive disorders in patients of working age with acute myocardial infarction

The dissertation is devoted to the topical issue of modern medicine, the solution of which is aimed at increasing the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of cognitive dysfunction in patients with acute myocardial infarction of working age. Based on the study of neuropsychological tests in 105 patients who suffered an acute myocardial infarction, data on the state of cognitive functions were obtained. Biochemical markers (C-reactive protein, cortisol, lipid spectrum) have been studied as predictors of cognitive dysfunction on the background of acute myocardial infarction in patients of working age, as well as in the improvement of drug treatment regimens in these patients. The results of a study with a high degree of reliability, suggest the feasibility of introducing into the protocols of standard therapy of AMI drugs with high antihypoxic and neuroprotective activity, in order to reduce the risk of cognitive impairment in patients of working age on the background of AMI, as well as early and late periods.
