Essay

Object: the process of formation of strategic vectors of competitiveness management of mechanical engineering enterprises. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological bases and scientific and practical recommendations for the formation and use of strategic vectors for managing the competitiveness of mechanical engineering enterprises. Research methods: terminological analysis, method of theoretical generalization, scientific abstraction, systemic, structural analysis, financial and economic, statistical, comparative analysis, systematization, induction and deduction, generalization, regression analysis, systematization and generalization, economic and mathematical modeling, abstract-logical. Proposed: for the first time: conceptual principals are developed about the execution of strategic competitiveness management of mechanical engineering enterprises, which ensure successful implementation of competitiveness management tools, which has a strategic orientation, creating a basis for formation, selection, implementation of competitive strategy and model of strategic competitiveness management; theoretical and practical recommendations are developed for determining strategic vectors of competitiveness management of mechanical engineering enterprises, based on compliance with factor, systemic and process approaches, that will contribute to the formation of the structure of defining strategic management vectors, clarifying their list, establishing relationships among them by studying the influence of factors of internal and external environment; a scientific and methodological approach is developed to diagnosing the effectiveness of strategic vectors of competitiveness management of mechanical engineering enterprises, which is detailed in the form of a sequence of stages that allow diagnosing the use of strategic vectors based on regression and correlation analysis, identifying the benefits of enterprises, possible problems in future periods, developing directions of intensification of use of strategic vectors; a methodological approach to assessing the use of strategic vectors of competitiveness management of mechanical engineering enterprises is proposed, which is a base for the methodological basis about determining the effectiveness of usage of strategic vectors on the reason of assessing the cost-effectiveness of the realization of current and non-current assets, financial and investment opportunities, possibilities to improve production, marketing, managing, innovative, organizational and personnel work of enterprises, which will allow to evaluate the integrated level of efficiency, rating assessment of enterprises; improved: scientific and methodological principles of selection and formation of tools for managing the competitiveness of mechanical engineering enterprises, which detail the sequence of stages for the selection and development of management tools; tools for managing the competitiveness of mechanical engineering enterprises, which cover the system and mechanism for managing the competitiveness of enterprises and are the basis for clarifying strategic management vectors, ensuring the development of competitive potential, forming competitive advantages, choosing areas for assessing the level of competitiveness to confirm the effectiveness of the use of tools; methodological approach to the application of competitive strategy and implementation of strategic management of competitiveness of mechanical engineering enterprises, which combines the process of selection, implementation of competitive strategy and the model of strategic management of competitiveness of enterprises; scientific approach to the formation and management the development of competitive potential in order to gain competitive advantage of mechanical engineering enterprises, which is based on the use of integrated, innovative, process approaches, which ensured the development of a sequence of stages to the organization of these processes by taking into account the interaction with enterprise systems, strategic management vectors and providing an assessment of the existing competitive potential, competitive advantages; mechanism for activating the management of strategic vectors of mechanical engineering enterprises, which covers five interrelated structural components: creating conditions, formation, use, evaluation of application results, regulation and control of its operation, and provides their integration to complement and develop measures for rational management resource provision that allows to plan the increase of efficiency of their activity; further development: interpretation of the definition of "competitiveness management of mechanical engineering enterprises"; definition of the concept of "strategic vectors of competitiveness management of mechanical engineering enterprises ".
