Scherbyna R. Directed synthesis, a study of physicochemical and biological properties of new derivatives of 4-R-5-(morpholinomethyl)-3-thio-1,2,4-triazoles

The dissertation is a complex scientific work devoted to the search for biologically active compounds among the derivatives of 4-R-5-(morpholinomethyl)-3-thio-1,2,4-triazoles and the creation on their basis of a new, original drug with hepatoprotective action. Based on the obtained experimental data and the results of computer prediction, the lead compound is potassium salt of 2-((4-amino-5-(morpholinomethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thio)acetic acid. («Morphotril»). Based on the results of the biochemical examination and histological studies on three models of hepatitis, the hepatoprotective properties and pharmacokinetic parameters of «Morphotril» were established. Based on the obtained chromato-mass spectrometry data five potential metabolites of Morphotril at intragastric administration to rats were determined.
