Essay

This Dissertation is dealing with clarification of pathogenetic, structural and functional patterns in development of chronic kidney disease in patients with renal cell carcinoma using diagnostic biomarkers to support optimal strategies for treatment and prevention of postoperative progression of the disease. Another important objective was to provide a pathogenetic substantiation for optimization of treatment strategies and prevention of CKD in surgical patients with RCC. The author has developed an algorithm for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of chronic kidney disease in patients with renal cell carcinoma using cutting-edge radiological markers, accounting for statistical data on renal function and using multi-modality non-invasive therapies.
