Essay

The dissertation solves an important scientific and applied problem of improving the quality of solutions based on swarm intelligence for the development and implementation of industry geographic information systems through the creation of appropriate models, methods and IT. The information model of data representation in branch geoinformation systems was further developed, the peculiarity of which is a formalized combination of spatial and attributive components, which takes into account relational, semantic and frame models of knowledge representation of attributive component in order to unify branch geodata. The conceptual model of PPR in GGIS was further developed, which takes into account the information model of data presentation in branch geographic information systems and dynamics of their change, hierarchy of GGIS tasks, input operational data, function of preferences and criterion of ODA selection equal.
