In the dissertation the scientific problems are solved, which consists in substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases and applied recommendations concerning functioning and prospects of development of the financial market of Ukraine in the conditions of digitalization of society. The preconditions of formation, genesis of origin of theoretical aspects of the financial market, functional purpose of the financial market in the conditions of digital imperatives are defined, the conceptual and categorical device connected with research of the financial market is specified and supplemented. The structuring of the financial market in the conditions of digital transformation is substantiated, the paradigm of effective functioning of the financial market in the conditions of digitalization of society is developed. The methodological aspects of financial market research in the conditions of digital imperatives are clarified, the institutional principles of the financial market functioning are formulated and its instrumental segmentation in the conditions of digital imperatives is determined. The mechanism of functioning of the financial market in the conditions of digital imperatives is substantiated; the mechanism of functioning of noosphere cyberfinancial smart space is developed. The stages and determinants of the formation of the financial market are clarified. The tendencies of development of the financial market of Ukraine in the conditions of digitalization of the society are determined. The activity of financial market entities is analyzed. The risks of financial market participants in the conditions of digital transformation are characterized and assessed. Peculiarities of activity and prospects of development of banking, non - banking, stock exchange and OTC institutions in the financial market in the epoch of digitalization are revealed. The problems of digital transformation of financial institutions are identified and the ways of their solution are offered. The latest digital technologies of financial market institutions have been developed. Conceptual bases of development of the financial market of Ukraine in the conditions of digitalization of a society are developed. The newest strategic ways of implementation of conceptual bases of perspective development of the financial market of Ukraine in the conditions of digital imperatives are defined. The definition of the newest tools of institutional regulation of the financial market of Ukraine in the conditions of digital transformation is carried out.
