Boyko N. The Internet as a resource for democratization of Ukrainian society

The thesis explores of resourcefulness of the Internet in the democratization of a modern society is carried out. It is emphasized that the democratization of society with the involvement of the modern internet-technologies should necessarily provide certain political, technical, organizational and legislative changes that are reproduced in permanent socio-civic behavioral e-practices. Successful implementation of such e-practices, in turn, requires effective response of society to new opportunities for social and civic activity and interaction with the opportunities of the Internet and is based on the internalization of democratic values and guidelines of social activity and interaction.
