Object: the process of building a mechanism for strategy formation in crisis management of operational activities of industrial enterprises. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for building a mechanism for strategy formation in crisis management of operating activities of industrial enterprises. Research methods: abstract-logical method, method of theoretical generalization, method of comparison, synthesis, logical and structural analysis, systematization and generalization, system, comparative, process, functional analysis, analysis and synthesis, financial-economic and statistical analysis, method of expert evaluations, dynamic analysis, graphical method, economic and mathematical methods, economic modeling. Proposed: for the first time: the mechanism of formation of strategy of anti-crisis management of operational activity of industrial enterprises is offered, which is developed on the basis of use of strategic, innovative, synergetic, systemic, marketing approaches which contributed to the formation of several variants for the strategy according to a particular situation, determining the sequence of selection and implementation of the strategy; a scientific and methodological approach to the selection and evaluation of the effectiveness of the strategy of crisis management of operational activities of mechanical engineering enterprises is developed, which authorizes the choice of one strategy from the four variants by determining the effectiveness of management of operational activities, the probability of the emergence of threats of crisis, evaluates the effectiveness of the chosen strategy on the basis of the forecast of indicators by areas, calculation of the integrated indicator of strategy effectiveness; the model of forecasting of use of the mechanism of formation of strategy of anti-crisis management of operational activity of the industrial enterprises based on realization of calculation of the general and special indicators of activity, carrying out the forecast on functions, definition of efficiency of activity by integral estimation on Harrington's function is constructed; improved: scientific and practical aspects of forming a system for determining factors influencing the effectiveness of crisis management of operational activities of industrial enterprises, based on the use of systemic, process, functional, factor approaches, which allows to identify comprehensively the groups of factors influencing operational efficiency, crisis management , to form methodical bases for the isolation and the account of influence of factors, and also to reveal, consider the given factors in work of the enterprises; the concept of anti-crisis management of operational activities of industrial enterprises, based on which the system, mechanism, strategy of anti-crisis management of operational activities of enterprises are considered , a group of factors that determines the need for their development; the mechanism of anti-crisis management of operational activity of industrial enterprises, which provides for compliance with situational and integration approaches, takes into account the interaction with enterprise systems, which provided the definition of a set of interconnected elements, stages; the system of anti-crisis management of operational activities of industrial enterprises, which is subject to the mechanism, contains a set of interconnected components and stages that allows the collection, processing, transmission of information, establish functional links with the management mechanism, ensure its successful operation; a scientific and methodological approach to assess the effectiveness of the mechanism and system of crisis management of operational activities of mechanical engineering enterprises, which proposes an evaluation procedure, identifies areas for assessing the effectiveness of the mechanism and system of crisis management of operational activities; a scientific and methodological approach to evaluate the impact of internal factors on the use of the mechanism of crisis management strategy of operational activities of industrial enterprises, which assesses the impact of factors at all stages of development, which permits to identify groups of factors and their list for each group; acquired further development: the conceptual and categorical apparatus "anti-crisis management of industrial enterprises" through the clarification of the essence of the concepts "crisis of industrial enterprises", "crisis management of industrial enterprises"; definition of the concept of "crisis management of operational activities of industrial enterprises"; a theoretical and methodological approach to determining the effectiveness of crisis management tools for the operational activities of mechanical engineering enterprises, based on which a universal scale is formed.
