The dissertation work formulates an urgent scientific and applied problem on the development of methodological foundations of information technology for for analysis and processing of big data, which will increase the efficiency and reliability in the absence, incompleteness, fuzziness and uncertainty of data. On the basis of the developed principles, models and methods, as well as the corresponding tools, the applied information technology of intellectual analysis and processing of big data was developed and implemented, and the effectiveness and reliability of the developed information technology was assessed. The software for an intelligent system for the analysis and processing of big data and hardware and software for improving performance and security as its components have been developed. The results of experimental studies confirm the correctness of scientific positions, since the introduction of an intelligent system for the analysis and processing of big data makes it possible to increase the efficiency and reliability of the classification of network packets, recognition of objects in satellite images and recognition of objects in images of text documents.
