Essay

Object - the process of managing the human resources of transport enterprises in a dynamic change of external and internal environments. Goal - to develop theoretical and methodological, conceptual principles and methodological and applied provisions for the management of human resources of transport enterprises based on the implementation of the concepts of mutual social responsibility and synergy in the context of sustainable development. Methods - general scientific and specific; cluster, static analysis; economic and mathematical. Novelty - for the first time a scientific and methodological approach to assessing the human resources of the enterprise; conceptual provisions of socially responsible management of human resources of the enterprise on the basis of its implementation in the management process are offered; the mechanism of management of personnel potential of the enterprise on conceptual bases of synergy of interaction of personnel potential of the enterprise as a whole and potentials of its separate workers is formed; the theoretical provisions of formation of strategies of management of personnel potential of the enterprise in the conditions of occurrence of synergy of interaction of personnel potentials of the enterprise and workers are substantiated. Results – scientific and methodological approach to assessing the human resources of the enterprise, which takes into account the duality of the socio-economic system and is based on the assessment of: the set of individual human resources of employees and the enterprise as a whole; the mechanism of management of personnel potential of the enterprise, built on conceptual bases of synergy of interaction of personnel potential of the enterprise as a whole and potentials of its separate workers; methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of human resource management of the enterprise; model of socially responsible management of human resources of the enterprise.
