Object - the process of anti-crisis management of the passenger complex of railway transport. Goal - development of theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of a system of anti-crisis management of the passenger complex of railway transport in the conditions of increasing manifestations of the crisis of indifference of the environment of its functioning. Methods - comparative analysis and graphical method, systematization and classification, system approach, modeling, abstraction and logical analysis, analogies and extrapolations, expert and calculation-analytical.
