Muzyka L. Civil and Legal Policy of Ukraine

Thesis is the first complex and systematic research of modern problems of civil law policy of Ukraine, on the basis of which the concept (system of views, general idea) of this area of state activity is developed. Theoretical solution of the actual scientific and applied issues of domestic jurisprudence is carried out in the study – the concept of civil law policy of Ukraine has been developed. The convergence of private and public law in civil law is an objective process that takes place within the civil law system and the legal system as a whole. Only by unity of private and public interests (as the interests of state and local self-government), the harmonious balancing of the limits of their influence, civil law regulation can ensure the achievement of its main goal.
