Blyzniuk V. Ukraine’s labor market: the processes of state regulation and development

The aim of the study. Deepening and development of theoretical and methodological, methodological and practical principles of state regulation of the labor market of Ukraine. The logical-historical approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, economic-mathematical modeling and statistical analysis, analytical forecasting, system-structural and system-functional methods are used. Theoretical and practical results: conceptual principles of state regulation and formation of an inclusive labor market were developed, which allowed to create a basis for unlimited opportunities for labor development and its inclusion in labor activity on the basis of decent work and minimization of any manifestations of stigma in society. Novelty: the model of state regulation of the inclusive labor market as a dynamic, evolutionary institutional system was substantiated; the concept of the institute of decent work as a complex of its formal and informal components was updated and the expediency of isolating the informal institutional component - job satisfaction was substantiated; a methodological approach to comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of regulatory institutions of the labor market with a set of inclusive and extractive features was identified; a system of imperatives for the formation and development of an inclusive labor market was developed; the tools of the state policy of minimization of educational and qualification disproportion of the labor market on the basis of strategic planning are updated. Degree of implementation. The results have been implemented in the practice of legislative and executive bodies in terms of social and labor regulation; in the educational process of higher educational institutions..
