The dissertation is devoted to scientific and theoretical substantiation, elaboration and test of approaches concerning development of bioanalytical (metabolism, determination of residual quantities) and analytical methods of determination of 3-thio-1,2,4-triazole derivatives (API standardization) using HPLC-DMD and HPLC-MS methods in substances and drugs, validation of methods, and then apply them. Based on these approaches, a methodological basis is proposed and recommendations are made for the quantitative determination of 3-thio-1,2,4-triazole derivatives and their synthons in pharmaceutical and biological samples. The study of forced degradation of piperidinium 2-((5-(furan-2-yl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol) -3-yl) acetate and morpholinium 2-((4-(2-methoxyphenyl)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl) thio) acetate. A pharmacopoeial standard sample of 2-((4-(2-methoxyphenyl)-5-(pyridin-4-yl) -4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl) thio) acetate was prepared.
