Essay

Object – scientific bases of providing aeromonitoring of soil resources on the territory of Ukraine. Purpose – to develop scientific bases for ensuring air monitoring of soil resources of Ukraine, which was based on a new methodological direction - aerial photography from unmanned aerial complexes of soil cover, development of methods of processing and interpretation of materials of both remote origin and ground instrument base and their combination in soil-plant system. Methods – hypothesis, abstraction, observation, comparison, analogy, generalization, induction; special methods: technical, cameral, cartographic, field. Theoretical results – developed a methodology for applying new scientific tools - aerial photography of unmanned aerial vehicles to identify soil cover and assess its condition, including and irrigated and crops, which is a set of theoretical provisions and methodological approaches that allow to diagnose the condition of soil cover and its monitoring in order to prevent degradation and desertification, the development of measures for soil protection. A methodology based on a set of methods for combining aerial photographs, aerial photograph covers and their analysis using geographic information systems has been developed. Practical results. Developed: algorithms for the use of unmanned aerial vehicle for monitoring soils and agricultural plants; methodical approach to the analysis of the RGB model, which is the basis of orthophotos for assessing the condition of irrigated soils; methodical approaches to conversion of aerial photographs obtained from a unmanned aerial vehicle into an orthophotoplan; methods of assessing the condition of soils under forest stands on the basis of spectral differences; methodical approach to obtaining three-dimensional models of field relief based on aerial photography; substantiated scientific and methodological approaches to determining the state of soil resources, including irrigated soils and agricultural plants; created a cartographic database of aerial photographs for operational control of the state and processes on irrigated soils and agricultural plants. Novelty – for the first time: developed scientific and methodological bases for ensuring aeromonitoring of soil resources, the well-founded need to create systems for aeromonitoring of soils (soil surveys, soil processes and regimes) and agricultural plants using remotely controlled aircraft (RCA), developed technological assessment approaches and agricultural plants improvement and transfer to a new technological level with the help of aeromonitoring complexes with RCA; developed a methodological approach to the analysis of RGB models, which is the basis of orthophotos for assessing the condition of irrigated soils; a methodical approach to obtain three-dimensional models of field relief based on aerial photography has been developed. Degree of implementation – the main provisions of theoretical and experimental research were tested and implemented in SE "DG" Donetsk "NSC IGA, VD" Rozivka "LLC" Beta-Agro-Invest ", SI" Slobozhanske dosledno pole "NSC IGA, SE" DG "Grakivske" NSC IGA, Kharkiv branch of the State Institution "Institute of Soil Protection of Ukraine", Danyliv Research State Forestry, Rice Institute NAAS, SE "DG" Salivonkivske" ICB NAAS, PSP Alfa-Agro, Agricultural Limited Liability Company "Hliboproduct", in Kharkiv region on the area of 31.4 thousand sq. km. The field is agriculture.
