The dissertation concerns the establishment of theoretical and practical issues of state property law and its implementation in the national doctrine of civil law. The preconditions for the existing problems are established and the ways of their solution have been offered. The general theoretical issues of state property law in their relationship with property rights have been described. The way of establishing the legal bases of the right of state property is investigated. Scientific researches of the state property right are analyzed. Theoretical and practical issues of acquiring state property rights are outlined and the prospects for their solution are determined. Considerable attention is paid to the grounds and methods of termination of state property rights. The legal nature of the exercise of the state property right is considered, as well as the essence of various categories of the exercise of this right is revealed. The legal consequences of the violation of the state property right have been characterized, as well as the peculiarities of the application of civil law methods for protection of the right are investigated. Specific proposals and recommendations on improving the legal regulation of state property rights in Ukraine have been developed.
