Zahorianskyi V. Development of scientific bases of manufacturing of products from layered metal compositions with high operational characteristics by plastic deformation

Dissertation is devoted to the implementation of theoretical and experimental studies aimed at improving technologies for producing layered metal compositions by methods of plastic deformation and subsequent pressure treatment received layered metal compositions. For methods of obtaining layered metal compositions by explosion and pressure cladding, mathematical models of processes have been developed (using the example of two-layer and three-layer compositions), which have been tested experimentally, as a result of which the obtained layered metal compositions, for which a complex of studies of mechanical, corrosion and other operational properties was carried out, which showed both a sufficient level of quality of the compositions, and made it possible to identify new regularities connecting the properties of compositions and the parameters of the processes of their preparation and processing. Techniques for technological calculations in operations of pressure treatment of layered metal compositions have been developed and experimentally substantiated.
