Object – the process of professional preparation of future teachers; the purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the effectiveness of the system of preparation future teachers for facilitation interaction with students of general secondary education; methods – systemic, synergetic, personal-activity, subjective, axiological, competence, resource, technological; novelty – the theoretical and methodological bases of preparation of future teachers for realization of facilitation interaction with schoolboys are substantiated; theoretically substantiated, developed and experimentally tested the system of preparation of future teachers for facilitation interaction with students of general secondary education; the pedagogical conditions providing efficiency of realization of the specified preparation are revealed; improved the conceptual and terminological field of research; scientific and methodological support for the implementation of the system of preparation future teachers for the implementation of facilitation interaction with students of general secondary education; structural components (motivational-value, cognitive, activity-operational, personal-reflective) readiness of the future teacher for facilitation interaction and content; the theory of preparation of future teachers for facilitation interaction with students of general secondary education institutions was further developed; results – practical developments can be applied in the system of higher pedagogical education, advanced preparation of teaching staff.
