Chubuk L. Strategic real estate management of enterprises.

The thesis summarizes the list of the most relevant issues studied in foreign economic literature in the period from the 70s of the XX century to modern time in the field of corporate real property management. Conditional periods (stages) of development of corporate real property management are characterized, namely: security, business, administrative, managerial and modern strategic. The content of the main strategies of corporate real property management is revealed. Prospects for the development of professional real property management services in the national economy are outlined. The classifications of real property, important for the purpose of its accounting and evaluation, are analyzed and generalized. The main types of real estate management existing in the world practice are classified (management of technical operation, building infrastructure, real property, assets, surveying). Connections between different types of real estate management are presented based on hierarchical subordination, the relationship to the income or expenses generation centers, the reflection of the different entities interests, the relationship to demand or supply of services.
