Filatov B. Patriotism as a factor of the political transformation of contemporary Ukraine

The author's own concept of political institutionalization of patriotism in Ukraine is substantiated in the work, which consists in acquisition of activity of concrete democratic political institutes of patriotic character and value of the centers of democratic transformation of political process and its intensification. The list of patriotic targets concerning qualitative transformations of a competition policy in Ukraine is offered. The importance of patriotism in Ukraine as a factor in the consolidation of democratic political institutions was revealed. The peculiarities of the formation of the political regime in Ukraine are analyzed. The significance of political patriotism in Ukraine in the context of asserting the capacity of political institutions within the framework of transitional democracies has been clarified. Signs of transformational potential of patriotism in the context of processes of democratic transformations in Ukraine are revealed. It is established that the political and philosophical significance of patriotism forms not only the worldview, but also the psychological consequences of further scientific research. In particular, the fundamental syncretic significance of patriotic consciousness not only makes it possible to act from patriotic worldviews, but also provides a certain alternative on the basis of rational choice and the provision of individual and collective rights and interests.
