Petrunenko Y. Conceptual principles of economic and legal means of ensuring the effective use of public funds.

The dissertation is devoted to scientific-theoretical, legal and practical problems of determination of economic-legal means of ensuring the effective use of public funds. The author's definition of such concepts as "economic and legal means of ensuring the effective use of public funds", "state support of business entities", "state lending of business entities" and others are given in the paper. The economic and legal nature of means of ensuring the effective use of public funds is substantiated, the corresponding economic and legal means are systematized, the classification of certain types of direct and indirect economic and legal means of ensuring the effective use of public funds has been developed. In order to further improve the national legislation and practice of its application, proposals are made regarding the necessity of making appropriate amendments and additions to the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, to the Commercial Code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "On the Principles of the State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity", "On Public Procurement" , "On State Support to Agriculture in Ukraine", "On Development and State Support to Small and Medium Enterprises in Ukraine", etc.
