Dissertations have been attributed to the form of new scientific knowledge and development in direct line with the theoretical, organizational and methodological state of the sovereign management of the health protection system. The special features of the health protection system have been revealed, since the state government is attending the re-institu- tional interests of the young participants in the suspension. The development of scientific awareness of problems of the theory and methodology of state management of the health protection system through the development of a picture of the development of scientific awareness is identified. The proponents of power go to the day-to-day of the system to protect health, community health, medical services as an agreement of sovereign government. The methodological position of the sovereign management of the health protection system from the systemic approach has been broken down. It was revealed the specialness and assessment of the direct transformation of the sovereign management of the health protection system of Ukraine in the minds of the reform, on the basis of which the reform of the system and the protection of the health potential in the context of personnel management, financial The inheritance and results of the reform of the sovereign governance of the health protection system of Ukraine were assessed. The state of health of the population of Ukraine was assessed by the way of stating statistical methods to determine the basis for the emergence of problems of state administration. The level of development of the health protection system was assessed as a matter of sovereign management from the positions of international ratings. The mechanism of the formation of a large-scale personnel reserve of state management in the sphere of health protection has been broken up, as is the warehouse personnel mechanism of state management. It was revealed that the specialness of the state was rimmed with a direct development of the state's investment and innovation in the field of health protection, and the supremacy was projected directly in terms of the elaboration of regulatory and legal regulation. A new approach has been projected to finance the health protection system as a warehouse financial and economic mechanism of state management. Organizational and methodological provisions for the formulation of information and communication links in the state management system of health protection have been broken up. It is designated directly by the formulation of the information-communal system at the latest levels of the sovereign management of the health protection system. It is projected directly to the establishment of information and computer technologies in the information and communal systems of state governance in the field of health protection.
