As a result of dissertation researches the decided is important the scientifically-applied problem for the development of methodological foundations for distance learning organization based on formation of a uniform information space. For the first time a methodology for distance learning system organization was developed, the scientific novelty of which is that it grounds on the model of distance learning system based on a uniform information space, as well as on methods of restoring information objects parameters in information space, identification of the incoming object in information space, parallel identification of the incoming object in information spaces, identification of the incoming object on the basis of combining information spaces into a uniform information space and mechanisms and technologies for creating a distance learning system grounded on the formation of a uniform information space, which increases distance learning efficiency.
