The object of the research is the process of sustainable development systems forming and usage in the context of business globalization. The development of conceptual, methodological, and instrumental-applied bases of sustainable development systems forming and usage in the context of business globalization are the research aims. The author used such methods as: comparative analysis, system approach, detailing and synthesis, structural-logical, expert evaluation, statistical analysis, tools of quantitative bibliometric analysis, method of correlation-regression analysis, tools of analytical hierarchical process, Likert scale and Sturgess rule, multidimensional scaling method, abstract-logical method. The theoretical value of the thesis contains theoretical foundations of sustainable development systems forming and usage in the context of business globalization. Scientific novelty of the dissertation are the following: there is developed the method of separation of thematic directions and intellectual structure of researches on sustainable development, multiaspect method of substantiation and separation of spheres of sustainable development of enterprises and two-vector method of analyzing of enterprises’ sustainable development system are elaborated for the first time; conceptual and terminology apparatus of sustainable development, conceptual model of sustainable development systems forming and usage of the enterprise, method of analyzing reports of Ukrainian enterprises on sustainable development, complex method of evaluating sustainable development, tools for selecting key indicators of sustainable development of enterprises are improved; comprehensive system of indicators for assessing the enterprises’ sustainable development, tools for selecting the most important stakeholders for the sustainable development of the enterprise, modeling the dynamics of the level of sustainable development of the organization using multidimensional scaling tools, business model of sustainable development "Canvas" are developed. The subject of research refers to development of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of sustainable development systems forming and usage in the context of business globalization. Author’s recommendations are used during sustainable development systems forming and usage in the context of business globalization, development of areas, elements and indicators for assessing such a development for business needs. The main sphere for applying author’s recommendations is enterprises activity and international economic relations.
