Lizakowska S. The development of interaction between public administration bodies and civil society institutions

The purpose of the dissertation is the development of theoretical and methodological principles and substantiation of scientific and applied recommendations for improving mechanisms of interaction of public administration with civil society institutions. The dissertation considers the conceptual foundations of the relationship between the state and civil society and presents a categorical and conceptual analysis of the problem of studying the relationship between the state and civil society; the position of institutionalization of relations between the state and civil society as a factor in the development of the public administration system has been expanded; the tools of interaction of public authorities with civil society institutions are studied; the priority directions of stimulating the involvement of civil society institutions in participation in public administration are substantiated, the ways of improving the mechanisms of interaction of public administration with civil society institutions are proposed, taking into account the experience of the European Union.
