The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the scientific problem of development of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical mechanisms of state management of budgetary security in Ukraine. Theoretical provisions of state management of budgetary security are opened; the development of methodological provisions of state management of budget security, as well as its institutionalization; the current state of state budget security management is analyzed; the directions of improvement of mechanisms of the state management of budgetary safety are offered; the ways of development of strategic provisions of the state management of budgetary security are defined.
