Essay

In the thesis work the actual scientific and applied problem of development of methods, models and information technologies of management for the end-to-end business processes of the enterprise on the basis of precedent approach for increasing efficiency of process management in restricted conditions in time of execution of business processes and use of common resources with these processes has been solved. An interval model of the end-to-end business process has been developed as a solution to the problem as part of a precedent that contains a description of process actions in the form of a set of event sequences, a set of time intervals of these actions and a method of adapting the precedent of the end-to-end business process taking into account the time of its execution, including the method of precedent management of multiple end-to-end business processes, the method of building an interval model for end-to-end business and method of adapting the precedent of the end-to-end business process taking into account the time of its execution. The categorical-functional model of business process life cycle, generalized method of formation, search and use of the precedent for the end-to-end business process, as well as method for identifying resource waiting intervals from a cross-cutting business process have been improved. The logical model of multiple end-to-end business processes and the generalized model of precedent of end-to-end business process have been further developed. The information technology of building for precedents of end-to-end business processes has been developed. Information technology of precedent management of multiple end-to-end business processes using shared resources has been developed. The obtained practical results are confirmed by the acts of implementation and prove correctness of the theoretical positions of the thesis work, high efficiency of the developed models, methods and information technology
