In the dissertation work the actual scientific and applied problem of technology of mechanical engineering - development of the generalized methodological approach realizing technological inheritance of quality parameters at a choice of structure of technological process of manufacturing of machine - building products taking into account a complex of properties of material, quality parameters of surfaces. characteristics and regulated reliability indicators in accordance with the official purpose. The choice of the criterion of homogeneity of the product material for the analysis of technological inheritance of the regulated parameters of its quality during its production is substantiated. Interrelations and regularities in the varieties of subsystems of the system of analysis of the formation of the object of machine-building production (PSPAS-systems) are developed, which take into account the technological inheritance of product quality parameters by the criterion of material homogeneity. The method of designing technological routes of processing of their executive surfaces with the use of homogeneity (homogeneity) of material for the analysis of technological inheritance of properties is developed and realized during processing of steel and aluminum preparations of products. The equipment of volume vibration processing for the method of vibration-centrifugal processing during production of bushings of cylinder drilling pumps NB-32 with application of the principle of FOP was adapted, technological equipment for its realization was developed, which allowed to increase on average by 65% ​​the average operating time. replacement of input workpiece material from steels 70, 40X to steel 20, 45. The method of research of technological provision of product quality parameters as a result of technological inheritance in the technological system "metal-cutting machine - device - tool - part (workpiece)" during the manufacture of machine parts.
