Essay

Object of research: regularities of inheritance, variability and stability of manifestation of signs of stability and quality of varieties, forms and seedlings of hybrid combinations of grapes. Purpose: theoretical substantiation of directions and methods of increase of efficiency of selection process and research of prospects of hybrid combinations, forms and grades of grapes. Methods - field, mathematical-statistical, computational-comparative, abstract-logical and systems analysis. Results иased on the results of the study of the stability of the main features of adaptability and productivity of new promising varieties and forms of grapes, Ukrainian growers are recommended to use them in the transition of viticulture to adaptive agriculture - with reduced chemical load, which justifies the environmental friendliness of products. The stability of the main indicators of yield and product quality in years with conditions different in favorable for the grape plant, prove the viability of new genotypes to replenish the range of different regions of Ukraine. Varieties and forms of ‘Perseus’, ‘Tairyan’ and ‘Fountain’ of the table direction and ‘Idyll of Muscat’ and ‘Odessa Pearls’ of the technical direction can be recommended for cultivation using intensive technology, which will help to fully reveal their genetic potential. The novelty of the results lies in the study and theoretical substantiation of directions of acceleration of determining the prospects of genetic material and its selection at the stages of selection process, optimized and proposed a set of anatomical-morphological and physiological-biochemical methods for assessing resistance of varieties, forms and seedlings of hybrid factors to abiotic factors. For the first time, on the basis of genetic analysis of origin and calculated genetic formulas, a database of donor varieties "Grape Breeding" was created and structured, which contains sources of signs of resistance to frost, drought and fungal diseases of grapes, as well as donor varieties of nutmeg and seedlessness. A comprehensive study of the effectiveness of the use of anatomical and morphological and physiological and biochemical markers of resistance to accelerate the assessment of the prospects of new genotypes of grapes. For the first time, the module of prospects of varieties and seedlings of hybrid combinations was used to implement a comprehensive approach to the selection of promising varieties and seedlings on the basis of comparative characteristics. For the first time, to increase the efficiency of the selection process, a comprehensive use of the selection of source genetic material, methods of early screening and assessment of the stability of the signs of stability, productivity and quality of grapes is proposed. The stability of perspective selection forms and new grape varieties of table and technical direction of use on the main signs of stability, productivity and quality is analyzed. Sector is agriculture.
