Essay

The scientific work is devoted to the issues of rehabilitation of combatants with long-term consequences of post-traumatic stress disorder on psychological and axiological grounds. The aim of the work is to develop on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of existing domestic and foreign practice, scientifically sound areas of improvement of theoretical and practical aspects of systemic psychological rehabilitation of combatants and ways to optimize them. In the course of work: the complex analysis of theoretical bases of various aspects of stressful influences and their long-term consequences in scientific works of domestic and foreign authors is carried out; systematized scientific and practical knowledge about the nature and typical manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder in combatants; the main directions of psychological rehabilitation of long-term consequences of stressful influences at participants of hostilities are defined; the psychological-axiological approach to the study of the combatant's personality is substantiated, which combines a systematic description of the psychological-physiological and value features and conditions of his personality development as a unique and unique integrity of the combatant's existence; with the help of diagnostic and control studies revealed the main manifestations of long-term effects of stressors in combatants; a model of psychological support of combatants with long-term consequences of stressful influences and their families was developed and introduced. The maladaptive manifestations of combatants with distant post-traumatic stress disorders have been characterized, which include: social avoidance, distancing and alienation from others; sleep disorders; alcohol or drug abuse; high levels of anxiety or psychological instability; behavior changes; antisocial behavior or illegal actions; depression, suicidal thoughts or suicide attempts; nonspecific somatic complaints. The main directions of psychological rehabilitation of long – term consequences of stressful influences in combatants are determined. It is established that in modern psychological theory and practice, there are several scientific approaches that consider the content, structure and features of the concept of psychological rehabilitation. The psychological-axiological approach to the study of the combatant's personality is substantiated, which combines a systematic description of the psychological-physiological and value features and conditions of his personality development as a unique and unique integrity of the combatant's existence. The study proposed a set of clinical-psychopathological and psychodiagnostic techniques aimed at studying 6 factors that are key in building the psychological rehabilitation of combatants with long-term effects of stress. These factors included: the presence of signs of PTSD; the presence of signs of stress; the presence of signs of anxiety; the presence of signs of depression; availability of internal or external resources of the combatant's personality and his combat experience. It was established that during the initial comprehensive empirical research (which occurred during the years 2017–2018), the psychological consequences of participation of combatants in the fighting, it was ascertained the presence (in more studied) phenomena such as post-traumatic stress disorder, stress, anxiety, depression. The results of the observational study confirm the results of previous studies by domestic and foreign scientists and practitioners that a certain number of combatants who took part in hostilities over time begin to suffer from the long-term effects of stress. A model of psychological support (on the psychological and axiological basis of rehabilitation) of combatants with long-term consequences of stressors and their families has been developed and tested. The results of the psychological model of support, combatants and their families, were stated in the re-diagnosis, the long-term effects of stressors in combatants of the control and experimental groups. It was stated that the repeated survey was conducted in 2019, the respondents were the same combatants in the amount of 356 people. In the re-study, it was found that there were significant changes in the parameters of the experimental group (about 30 %) and no significant changes in the diagnostic parameters of the control group. It is noted that the obtained quantitative data allow us to state that the program of psychological support offered to the combatants of the experimental group and their families, which was based on the psychological-axiological approach, was effective.
