Savrasov M. Regulatory factors of creativity of the subject of educational and professional activity

The paper presents an analysis of scientific and theoretical concepts and approaches to studying the problem of psychological dynamics, typology and regulatory factors of personality creativity of the subject professional activity, its psychological factors are defined and described, the essence and features of these phenomena are revealed. The study of regulatory predictors of creativity of the subject of educational and professional activity allowed to determine the list of variables that, regardless of the stage and profile of training have a positive effect on both figurative and verbal creativity, namely: flexibility of behavior, mnemonic reflection, creative reflection and awareness, strategy acceptance in emotional regulation, patience, ability to program and evaluate performance.
