Essay

The dissertation substantiates theoretical and methodological approaches and methodological, practical recommendations for the formation and improvement of state mechanisms for the development of e-government based on the introduction of digital technologies to ensure sustainable development of the country. Thus, the author generalizes scientific approaches to the essence and classification of the concept of "e-government" taking into account modern scientific approaches; systematized foreign experience of introduction of state mechanisms of e-government development in the public sector for use of this experience in domestic practice of public administration; the conceptual principles of e-government of Ukraine in the conditions of information society development are determined; the peculiarities of the state mechanism of normative-legal provision of e-government of Ukraine for increase of effective interaction of public administration bodies are characterized; improved the institutional mechanism for ensuring e-government in Ukraine to improve the procedure for making management decisions in the field of public administration; the components of Ukraine's digital infrastructure for their further development have been identified; the state of development of e-government in Ukraine is analyzed to determine trends in the development of digitalization of public administration mechanisms; a scientific and methodological approach to the assessment of e-government of the regions is proposed to determine the opportunities and prospects for the implementation of e-government in Ukraine; the scientific and methodical approach to an estimation of electronic readiness of public administration bodies in the conditions of digital transformations is developed; identified strategic goals for cybersecurity in Ukraine as a priority in the national security system; developed a scientific and methodological approach to the formation of the state mechanism of information support of e-government based on the introduction of digital technologies; the directions of development of e-government mechanisms for improvement of digital transformations in Ukraine are improved.
