Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and legal principles of the international cooperation on prevention and counteraction to transnational crime in Ukraine. For the first time the scientific problem of developing a holistic concept of international cooperation in preventing and combating transnational crime was set and solved. This provided an opportunity to substantiate proposals for improving the current legislation and the possibility of its practical application.
