Serbov M. Innovative model of regional management of freshwater resources in the conditions of sustainable development

The thesis is devoted to the formation of theoretical and methodological basis and substantiation of the innovative model of regional management of freshwater resources in context of sustainable development. Scientific approaches in the formation of an innovative model of freshwater resource management are revealed. The methodology of the formation of sustainable development of regional management of freshwater resources on the basis of innovative model is substantiated. The current state of regional management of freshwater resources in the context of sustainable development is analyzed. The general tendencies and features of freshwater resources management in Ukraine and Europe are determined. An assessment of the level and effectiveness of regional management of freshwater resources of the Black Sea region is made.
