The administrative and legal support of higher education in Ukraine these a system of concepts, principles and other principles, administrative and legal status research and teaching staff, as well as public administration entities that carry out administrative legal regulation, tools of public administration to meet the rights of students to quality higher education. The methodology of analysis of administrative and legal support of higher education in Ukraine is formed. Peculiarities of administrative and legal support of higher engineering education in the field of architecture and construction in Ukraine are revealed.
