The dissertation is devoted to the formation of theoretical approaches to the definition of regional business processes in the tourism industry, the features of their management, modern approaches to the development of the tourism industry. the methodology of research of modeling and regulation of regional business processes in tourism is substantiated, conceptual approaches concerning modeling and reengineering of regional business processes in tourism are developed The peculiarities of tourism business development in Ukraine were monitored taking into account regional peculiarities. Models of economic development of tourism business from the standpoint of customer-oriented approach are analyzed. Strategic guidelines for improving the business processes of the Black Sea region in the tourism industry have been identified, taking into account regional peculiarities.
