Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical foundations, methodology and applied tools of transformation management in the dynamic operating system of a construction enterprise, which should ensure the transferability of the strategic movement of the construction enterprise (BP) in the conditions of a dynamic business environment: for the implementation of local or end-to-end transformations in the strategy and current activities of the BP, an the theoretical-methodological approach involves the implementation of an internal company project of target transformations of the construction enterprise (TOS-BP). The leading innovation of the research is the theoretical-methodological and scientific-applied substantiation of the principles of managerial-institutional initiation and economic implementation of the cycle "project of strategic changes of the construction enterprise (TOS-CE) - as a temporary operating system, which in the format of a multidisciplinary approach is considered as a special project of the target " transformation and change management" and is aimed at the overall or partial improvement of the management system, administration structure, motivational climate and organizational culture of the executing enterprise. The specified project is considered and substantiated as a "synergy of resources and efforts" of the construction enterprise and the engineering enterprise, which as a "developer of changes" prepares variants of the TOS-CE and submits them for consideration to the management of СE.
