Gavrylchenko O. Mechanisms of Managing The Potential of Economic Development of Enterprises in The Field of Material Production: Theory, Methodology, Practice

In the dissertation a theoretical generalization was made and a new solution to the important scientific problem of the formation and functioning of mechanisms for managing the economic development potential of enterprises in the field of material production was proposed. Research and expand the definition of the concept of "potential of economic development of the enterprise". The methodological principles of reproduction of the internal resource potential of enterprises in the field of material production on the example of subjects of the agrarian sector of the economy have been improved. The conceptual approach to managing the resource potential of economic development of enterprises is justified. The concept of strategic management of the formation of the internal resource potential of the enterprise is proposed. The economic mechanism of rationalization of management of internal resources of enterprises is substantiated. A mechanism for forming the internal innovative environment of the enterprise has been developed. A system for evaluating the efficiency of using the resource potential of the enterprise's economic development has been formed. A methodical approach to the assessment of the production potential of enterprises in the field of material production is proposed using the example of agricultural producers. An economic toolkit for the modernization of reproduction of the fixed assets of enterprises has been developed. The mechanism of information resource involvement in the internal business processes of enterprises is substantiated. Scientific approaches to the formation of a marketing management system as an intellectual component of the economic growth potential of commodity-producing enterprises are justified. Methodological principles for assessing the qualitative characteristics of internal social resources of enterprises have been developed. The concept of strategic management of the formation of the internal resource potential of the economic growth and development of the enterprise in the field of material production is substantiated, which combines the principle of dominance of elements, the evaluation of the efficiency of the use of the resource potential and its components, and the types of strategies, reflects the peculiarities of the formation and efficiency of the use of the resource potential of the enterprise, allowing to identify an adequate strategy of improvement competitiveness and ensure the progressive development of the enterprise-manufacturer. The architecture and architectonics of the economic mechanism for the rationalization of the management of internal resources of the economic development of enterprises is substantiated, which includes interacting tools and methods that determine the focus of its components on the rational management of resources and allow resources to be redistributed in the interests of the implementation of tactical plans and the achievement of strategic development guidelines. The organizational principles of building a mechanism for the formation of the internal innovation environment of a product-producing enterprise have been identified, which takes into account the synergistic nature of the interaction of resources and includes a system of resources, methods and tools of influence on innovation processes and is based on the principles of self-organization of the system, coordination of goals and directions of management of basic resource areas on an innovative basis. The methodological principles of reproduction of the internal resource potential of economic development of enterprises have been developed, which provide for the identification and classification of factors for ensuring the reproduction of resource potential, which allows to assess the degree of favorable conditions and their compliance with the requirements for the implementation of extended reproduction, as well as the determination of the proportions of the process of reproduction of resources at various stages of the reproduction process, taking into account the specifics of the components of the resource potential, branch and territorial features of the resource provision of the enterprise.
