The thesis substantiates the theoretical, methodological, methodological and applied principles, as well as developed practical recommendations for solving the important scientific problem of the formation and functioning of mechanisms for managing the use of land resources of agrarian enterprises. The place, role and functional load of land resource management in the management of the resource potential of agrarian enterprises have been identified. The composition and structure of land resources management tools of agrarian enterprises have been determined. The strategic orientations of the management of land resources of agrarian enterprises are outlined. The composition of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of land resource management in the management of agricultural enterprises is determined. The typology of land resource management mechanisms of agrarian enterprises is substantiated. The impact of product and industry specialization on the efficiency of land resource use has been identified. The structural and dynamic trends of changes in the efficiency of the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises have been determined. The ecological consequences of the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises are outlined. Social aspects of land use of agricultural enterprises are defined. The architecture and architectonics of mechanisms for managing the use of land resources of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. The organizational principles of managing the use of land resources of agrarian enterprises have been defined. Procedures for managing changes in the use of land resources are substantiated. Strategic alternatives in the management of the efficiency of the use of land resources have been identified. The procedures for managing the environmental and social efficiency of land resource management of agricultural enterprises have been defined. A theoretical-methodological approach to determining the composition and structure of land resources management tools in the management of agrarian enterprises is defined by the selection of territorial-spatial, production-technological, agro-ecological, organizational-legal and organizational-economic groups of them in the context of determining the effectiveness of their application to increase economic, ecological and social results of land use and substantiation of the rational proportions of their application depending on the production and commodity specialization of agricultural enterprises, their size and scale of production. The architecture and architectonics of mechanisms for managing the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises are substantiated, and the basis for their construction is a synthetic approach to the integration of resource use mechanisms with the use of organizational, economic, production, technological and environmental means of influencing the results of the activities of commodity-producing enterprises with mechanisms of organizational and managerial influence on results of agricultural land use. Methodological techniques for determining strategic guidelines and formalizing strategic alternatives when planning the use of land resources of agrarian enterprises in the process of managing them in the contours of shifts in the structure of ownership of agricultural land and their full participation in economic circulation have been improved. The typology of mechanisms for managing land resources of agricultural enterprises is substantiated by identifying mechanisms for using resources of agricultural enterprises and mechanisms for managing this process in the organizational-economic, production-technological, and agroecological perspectives, with further integration of these mechanisms into the management system of the functioning and development of agricultural enterprises.
