The purpose of the dissertation is to develop a holistic scientific concept of quality management of business processes at fashion industry enterprises in the context of the implementation of sustainable development goals. In the study, for the first time, in accordance with the tasks, the conceptual provisions of the formation of a system of quality management of business processes based on the principles of sustainable development are proposed. The system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, consists of a subsystem of quality management and a subsystem "lean production plus six sigma", the integration of which is being formed based on their common goals and using the identity of the PDCA and DMAIC management cycles, and acts as a tool for ensuring the sustainable development of light industry enterprises. The goals of the system are to ensure high quality of business processes and products, balanced satisfaction of the demands of all stakeholders, rational use of resources, avoidance of wastage, protection of the environment, which combined will ensure the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and the principles of the UN Global Compact in the practice of Ukrainian enterprises. Methodological provisions for the formation of a system of quality management of business processes based on the principles of sustainable development of light industry enterprises have been formed. The provisions are based on general principles of quality management, as well as proposed specific ones, such as environmentalization of quality management, optimization of business processes, risk-oriented thinking, flexible quality management, development of personnel creativity, digitalization of activities, marketing management; involve the application of general (administrative, economic and educational) and specific (6 sigma, QFD analysis, FMEA analysis, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto chart, kaizen, 5S, TRM, reengineering, benchmarking) methods for comprehensive quality management. An algorithmic sequence of the formation of a system for managing the quality of business processes in the context of achieving the goals of sustainable development of fashion industry enterprises is proposed. The expediency of the processes of integration of the quality management system and the lean production system plus six sigma proven. The processes are based on such goals as: satisfaction of consumer needs, organization of production based on demand, concentration of the manufacturer on actions that form the value of products for consumers, construction of VSM value creation maps and control charts of W. Shewhart, calculation of indicators of reproducibility of business processes, presence of visualization and discipline at workplaces, which leads to a decrease in process variability, stabilization of product characteristics, and a careful attitude to resources. The conceptual and analytical model of the behavior of consumers of fashion industry products has been improved, which involves the study of rational and irrational actions of consumers, which are considered in combination, takes into account not only the satisfaction of their needs, but also the receipt of positive emotions and the possibility of the emergence of enthusiasm for products.
The method for assessing the quality of business processes at fashion industry enterprises has been improved, which is based on the theory of desirability and provides for an emphasis on indicators of environmentalization of business processes. A methodical approach is proposed to ensure a quick response of the manufacturer to changes in consumer preferences and trends in fashion, using systems for forecasting demand fluctuations with maximum accuracy based on the theory of viruses. Procedures for using statistical methods of quality management at fashion industry enterprises are proposed. E. Deming's chain of the influence of improving the quality of business processes on the economic indicators of the enterprise's activity was improved, which was supplemented with links reflecting the impact of improving the quality of business processes on social and environmental indicators, which made it possible to prove the positive impact of improving the quality on sustainable development in terms of economic, environmental and social aspects. Techniques for incorporating the EFQM model into the system of monitoring the activities of fashion industry enterprises are proposed, based on taking into account the specifics of the industry, using an expert method. Approaches to the implementation of creative methods of organizing the partnership of fashion industry enterprises with stakeholders have been developed, in particular, the following are recommended: gamification of processes; crowd technologies. The structuring of the QFD quality function for fashion industry products has been improved using matrix approach to take into account consumer requirements at the stage of designing products.
