The thesis deals with a study of general consistent patterns of circadian changes of the renal function and the hemostasis system in case of intoxications bi small doses of cadmium, lead and thalium chlorides. It has been determined that small doses of heavy metals salts cause desynchronosis of filtration and reabsorption processes with abnormalities of the realization mechanisms of glomerular-tubular balance and tubular-glomerular fееdback in case of subchronik exposure. The circadian co-ordination between the systems of coagulative, thrombocytic - vascular hemostasis, anticoagulative and fibrinolytic systems is disturbed due to metal toxicoses, resulting in a latent form of intravascular hemocoagulation. It has been confirmed expersmentally that an increase of the amplitude of the fluctwating process and a shift of the plase structure of the rhythm with a stable mesor, reflecting a compen satory reaction of the homeostatic mechanisms of the organism to ecologically harmful loading, are early manifest ations of chronorhythmologic changes in case of monointoxications by cadmium, lead and thalium chlorides.
