In the work presented the results of examination of functional state of thrombocytic - vascular and coagulative components of hemostasis and their disorders in oncologic patients are given. They had worked out a novel instrumental method of functional state of hemostasis disorders diagnosis that of low frequency vibrationalpiesoelectric hemoviscosimetry and revealed methods of prophylaxis and treatment of the conditions under study during and after surgery. The methods offered allows to decrease rate of thromolytic and hemorrhagic complications and their severity.
